Canon 6120 waste ink reset procedure
1. Turn off your printer and disconnect it from the power supply.
2. Open the front cover of the printer and locate the waste ink pad. It will look like a piece of foam or sponge.
3. Remove the waste ink pad by carefully pulling it out. Use tweezers if necessary.
4. Clean the waste ink pad using a damp cloth.
5. Reinsert the waste ink pad into the printer.
6. Close the front cover of the printer.
7. Reconnect the printer to the power supply.
8. Power on the printer.
9. Press the “Reset” button on the printer to reset the waste ink counter.
10. Allow the printer to initialize the new counter settings.
11. Print a test page to verify that the reset was successful.
12. If necessary, repeat the above steps for other ink cartridges in your printer.
