You need to reset the printer by following these steps:

1.Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

2.Press and hold the “ON/OFF” button for about 10 seconds.

3.While still holding the “ON/OFF” button, plug the printer back into the power source.

4.Continue to hold the “ON/OFF” button. The printer will start to print out 700 letters.

5.When done, release the “ON/OFF” button. The printer should be reset.
