Step 1: Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.

Step 5: When prompted, press “1” to select “Clear Counter”.

Step 6: Press “2” to start the reset.

Step 7: Wait for the printer to reset, which will take about 30 seconds.

Step 8: When the reset is complete, the printer will display “Ready” and resume normal operation.
